DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) is an easy-to-administer psychological assessment developed by researchers at the University of New South Wales in Australia. The DASS has 3 subscales to assess different aspects: Depression, Anxiety & Stress. The results of this assessment will only be used for research purposes and counseling service planning. All information will be kept strictly confidential.

We are going to have a busking street performance at the Atrium. 4 NGOs, including Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, Suicide Prevention Services, Methodist Centre and Hong Kong Eating Disorders Association will offer fun activities for you to relax and refresh your mind. Come and join us for the beautiful songs and sweets.

賽馬會安寧頌-「安寧在家」居家照顧支援服務開展一項全新戲劇計劃 - 人生百味》。《人生百味》是一齣本地創作劇,原著為關頌陽先生編劇的《冬瓜豆腐》,曾獲第六屆香港舞台劇獎「最佳劇本」提名。故事發生在一所醫院裏,幾位家屬面對親人的生死問題時各自表現出非常反應:「迎接胎兒誕生的新手爸爸」、「彌留中的爺爺」、「樂觀的癌症病人」、「猝然喪夫的妻子」…
本劇用幽默的手法談生論死,不乏精警的對白和出人意表的情節,令觀眾捧腹之餘亦能細味箇中深意。每場演後均設分享環節,講者會與觀眾一同探討劇中訊息。

• Possible crisis arising from these mental health problems (e.g., suicidal behaviors, acute psychotic behaviors, acute stress reactions) and the necessary interventions;
