With conflict being a common and inevitable part of life, the ability to resolve conflict is a crucial skill for everyone. In this series of workshops, students will examine various conflict management styles and learn effective communication skills in handling conflict. You will also learn the art of apologizing and forgiveness that are vital for nurturing and deepening healthy interpersonal relationships.

You may also consider the opposite while studying day and night is too flexible. Whatever the pros and cons, our mental wellness should be part of our daily lives. How can we keep our overall wellness when we are almost home-bounded? This workshop will give you some practical suggestions and tips in managing your life at home. Participants are also welcomed to share their good practices and experience.

Mindfulness is moment-to-moment, non-judgmental awareness, developed through the practice of meditation. Mindfulness can help improve attention, boost the immune system, cultivate well-being and happiness, reduce stress and enhance creativity. In this workshop, you will learn about the science of meditation, different types of meditation, and have a chance to learn how to do the basic mindfulness meditation.

Stress and Emotions are unavoidable but very often misinterpreted, ignored or suppressed in our daily lives. Understanding them with awareness to their presence promotes psychological well-being by turning the perceived obstacles into treasure. In this workshop, you will gain better understanding of our emotions, how it relates to our psychological needs and know more about the effective ways to manage our stress.
