Workshop

Making Good Use of Stress and Emotions

Spring 2018

Stress and Emotions are unavoidable but very often misinterpreted, ignored or suppressed in our daily lives. Understanding them with awareness to their presence promotes psychological well-being by turning the perceived obstacles into treasure. A new scientific perspective on Stress and Emotions brings you a refreshing approach on embracing and coping with them, thus allowing you to grow more healthily in the waves and tides of difficulties throughout your research life. In this workshop, some practical relaxation or breathing exercises are introduced to help participants feel the relaxed state of mind and body.
