Tasting Hong Kong

Hong Kong has long acted as the confluence between Eastern and Western cultures. One item particularly worth learning is the city’s recognition of a wide range of holidays from cultures across the World, along with its preservation of the traditional Chinese festivals that still compose an important part of Hongkongers’ life and culture.

Other than learning those interesting festivals, students also tried much traditional food. The yummy food included Barbeque Pork Pastry, Preserved Egg Pastry, Red Bean Pudding, Red Date Pudding, Black Sesame Pudding, Sweet Sachima, etc.
